本利用規約は、「Tablee」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリの提供者を「運営者」とします。
ユーザーは本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリでは、不快なコンテンツや悪質なユーザーを一切許容しない「ゼロ・トレランス方針」を採用しています。以下の行為を禁止します。 ・誹謗中傷、暴力的、猥褻、差別的、またはハラスメントに該当する投稿 ・他者へのなりすまし行為 ・著作権、肖像権、プライバシー権その他の権利を侵害する行為 ・犯罪を助長する内容、違法薬物に関する投稿 ・未成年に有害な表現、性的搾取にあたるコンテンツ ・自殺・自傷行為を助長する投稿 ・スパム、詐欺、不正アクセス、その他法令や公序良俗に違反する行為
本アプリは安全なコミュニティを維持するため、以下の機能を備えています。 ・通報機能：不適切な投稿やユーザーを発見した場合、アプリ内の通報ボタンから運営者へ報告できます。 ・ブロック機能：特定のユーザーを遮断し、そのユーザーの投稿やプロフィールを非表示にできます。 ※運営者は通報を受けた場合、速やかに内容を確認し、必要に応じて投稿削除・アカウント停止等の措置を講じます。
本規約違反その他運営上必要と判断した場合、運営者は事前の通知なく以下の措置を講じることがあります。 ・投稿コンテンツの削除または非表示化 ・アカウントの停止または削除 なお、ユーザーは本アプリ内の設定等から、いつでも自身の投稿の削除およびアカウントの削除を行うことができます。
・ユーザーが投稿したコンテンツの著作権は、ユーザー自身に帰属します。 ・運営者は、本アプリの提供・運営・改善・プロモーションに必要な範囲で、投稿コンテンツを複製、公衆送信、表示その他必要な方法で無償利用できるものとします。
・一部の機能は有料で提供されます。 ・有料プランの購入、決済、解約手続きは、Apple App StoreおよびGoogle Play Storeの規定に従います。
・本アプリは現状有姿（As Is）の状態で提供されます。運営者は、アプリの完全性、安全性、またはエラーやバグがないことを保証するものではありません。 ・本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、運営者は法令上認められる範囲で責任を負います。
・運営者は、必要に応じて事前に告知した上で（やむを得ない場合は事後に告知し）、本アプリの内容を変更、停止、または提供を終了することがあります。 ・本規約は、必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更後の規約はアプリ内への掲示その他適切な方法により周知した時点から効力を生じます。

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関する紛争は、運営者所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions of use for "Tablee" (the "App"). The provider of the App is referred to as the "Operator".
By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
The App enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against offensive content and malicious users. The following are prohibited: - Posts that are defamatory, violent, obscene, discriminatory, or constitute harassment - Impersonating another person - Infringing on copyright, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other rights - Content that promotes crime or relates to illegal drugs - Expression harmful to minors, or content constituting sexual exploitation - Posts that encourage suicide or self-harm - Spam, fraud, unauthorized access, or other violations of law or public order and morals
To maintain a safe community, the App provides the following features: - Report feature: If you find an inappropriate post or user, you can report it to the Operator via the in-app report button. - Block feature: You can block a specific user, hiding their posts and profile from your view. * Upon receiving a report, the Operator will promptly review it and take appropriate action, such as removing content or suspending the account, as necessary.
If the Operator determines it necessary due to a violation of these Terms or for other operational reasons, it may take the following actions without prior notice: - Deletion or hiding of posted content - Suspension or deletion of the account Users may delete their own posts and account at any time from the settings within the App.
- Copyright in content posted by users belongs to the users themselves. - The Operator may reproduce, publicly transmit, display, or otherwise use posted content free of charge to the extent necessary for providing, operating, improving, and promoting the App.
- Some features are offered on a paid basis. - Purchases, payments, and cancellations for paid plans are governed by the terms of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- The App is provided "as is." The Operator does not guarantee the completeness or safety of the App, or that it is free of errors or bugs. - The Operator's liability for any damages arising from use of the App is limited to the extent permitted by law.
- The Operator may change, suspend, or terminate the App, with prior notice where possible (or after the fact if unavoidable). - These Terms may be changed as needed. The revised Terms take effect once announced within the App or by other appropriate means.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Operator.

본 이용약관은 「Tablee」(이하 「본 앱」)의 이용 조건을 정한 것입니다. 본 앱의 제공자를 「운영자」라고 합니다.
사용자는 본 앱을 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
본 앱은 불쾌한 콘텐츠와 악의적인 사용자를 일절 용납하지 않는 「제로 톨러런스 방침」을 채택하고 있습니다. 다음 행위를 금지합니다. ・비방·중상, 폭력적, 외설적, 차별적 또는 괴롭힘에 해당하는 게시물 ・타인을 사칭하는 행위 ・저작권, 초상권, 프라이버시권 등 기타 권리를 침해하는 행위 ・범죄를 조장하는 내용, 불법 약물 관련 게시물 ・미성년자에게 유해한 표현, 성적 착취에 해당하는 콘텐츠 ・자살·자해 행위를 조장하는 게시물 ・스팸, 사기, 부정 접속 등 법령 또는 공서양속에 위반되는 행위
본 앱은 안전한 커뮤니티를 유지하기 위해 다음 기능을 갖추고 있습니다. ・신고 기능: 부적절한 게시물이나 사용자를 발견한 경우, 앱 내 신고 버튼을 통해 운영자에게 신고할 수 있습니다. ・차단 기능: 특정 사용자를 차단하여 해당 사용자의 게시물과 프로필을 표시하지 않도록 할 수 있습니다. ※ 운영자는 신고를 접수한 경우 신속히 내용을 확인하고, 필요에 따라 게시물 삭제·계정 정지 등의 조치를 취합니다.
본 약관 위반 또는 기타 운영상 필요하다고 판단되는 경우, 운영자는 사전 통지 없이 다음 조치를 취할 수 있습니다. ・게시 콘텐츠의 삭제 또는 비공개 처리 ・계정의 정지 또는 삭제 또한 사용자는 앱 내 설정 등을 통해 언제든지 자신의 게시물 삭제 및 계정 삭제를 할 수 있습니다.
・사용자가 게시한 콘텐츠의 저작권은 사용자 본인에게 귀속됩니다. ・운영자는 본 앱의 제공·운영·개선·홍보에 필요한 범위 내에서 게시 콘텐츠를 복제, 공중송신, 표시 기타 필요한 방법으로 무상 이용할 수 있습니다.
・일부 기능은 유료로 제공됩니다. ・유료 플랜의 구매, 결제, 해지 절차는 Apple App Store 및 Google Play 스토어의 규정을 따릅니다.
・본 앱은 현재 상태(As Is) 그대로 제공됩니다. 운영자는 앱의 완전성, 안전성, 오류 및 버그가 없음을 보증하지 않습니다. ・본 앱의 이용으로 인해 발생한 손해에 대해 운영자는 법령상 허용되는 범위 내에서 책임을 집니다.
・운영자는 필요에 따라 사전에 고지한 후(불가피한 경우 사후 고지) 본 앱의 내용을 변경, 중단 또는 제공을 종료할 수 있습니다. ・본 약관은 필요에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다. 변경 후 약관은 앱 내 게시 등 적절한 방법으로 공지된 시점부터 효력이 발생합니다.
